Farjad has been on the Avicenna team since 2013 working closely with team members to develop and implement both web based content and the electronic medical record. Farjad is a former UIUC student and currently resides and works in the Chicago land area. He continues to support Avicenna by remotely consulting current IT and clinic team members to trouble shoot and manage the EMR and web systems.
