Getting to Avicenna

  2. Enter at the South Entrance

  3. Take elevator to basement and turn left to find Avicenna

Important Note about MTD

If you plan to use MTD buses to visit Avicenna, we recommend scheduling appointments for Saturdays.

Saturdays

 

Sundays

The MTD Red 20 route travels to Avicenna on Saturdays. The bus routinely stops at Neil & Edgebrook, which is a 0.3 mile walk to Avicenna. However, anyone can ask the bus driver for a Public Health stop and be dropped off at our entrance.

Unfortunately, MTD Red buses do not travel to Avicenna on Sundays. The nearest bus stops are Bradley & Neil, Randolph & Bradley, and Bloomington & Hagan, all requiring a 0.6-0.8 mile walk to Avicenna.
